If you wish to pitch a project to a celebrity, we'd still suggest starting easy -- most stars feel like people are always asking them for everything, and frankly, they often feel somewhat unappreciated unless they get some personal praise.

If you have solid, legitimate, major industry credits, and want to pitch something on a pro industry level (if that's the case, in all frankness, you probably already have access to any address you need...) then contact the specific company and make your proposal or make an appointment to present it.

To test the address, request an autograph. Many proposals remain unanswered, yet autographed pictures are usually easy to obtain.
